Millen Peev, MD

Dr. Millen Peev is a Board Certified Neonatologist.  He received his MD degree from the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria and then furthered his medical training with a Pediatric Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Dr. Peev went on to the University of Chicago where he completed fellowships in his two areas of greatest interest, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Pediatric Infectious Diseases.  He has been practicing with Dupage Neonatology Associates since 2004.

Dr. Peev’s commitment to medical excellence and the community drove him to take on leadership roles at Hinsdale Hospital, including currently acting as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics. His main professional interests are Neonatal Infections, Infection Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship programs. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Peev enjoys outdoor sports, like skiing, windsurfing, mountain biking and all types of travel.  His son is pursuing his undergraduate education at the University of Chicago and likely will follow on the Pre-medical track.
